Friday the Thirteenth

What a nice, relaxing, fun day at work today! Everyone was in a great mood, nobody felt like working. I was able to get info on claims, and worked on some CIFs (claim inquiry forms) and appeals for Medi-Cal. Our lunch group fixed burgers today. Ms Supervisor brought in the meat, and it was the really good stuff. We had all the fixin's to go on the burgers (even tomatoes, home-grown so we didn't have to worry about Salmonella) and chips and dip. KL brought her son in this afternoon (he's 10, and quite a gentleman) so I was able to meet him. Heard a lot about him over the past couple months, so it was nice to see the face to go with the stories! He loves to cook, and if his grades are good KL is going to let him have a Pampered Chef party.
