Irritated Part II -- Oops!

So, The Girl was over today to do laundry. She didn't have enough quarters, so I grabbed a couple from my "laundry stash". As she was taking the clothes out of one of the washers, she noticed a little soap on a couple items. I went to put a quarter in the machine to rewash the soapy stuff, and the quarter wouldn't go into the change slot. Now, we had just used this machine so we knew it worked. Checked out the quarter. It is very beat up and pock-marked. I have come to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with the machines on Tuesday, the fault was in my quarter. Don't know if I should tell Ms Apt Mgr or not!
